Six Outlets for Convenient Power Distribution

With six available outlets, the PB8 helps reduce the need for multiple power points when powering several compatible devices in one location. The 1m cord provides useful reach between the powerboard and the wall outlet, making it suitable for workstations, equipment areas and domestic applications.

The powerboard is rated for a maximum 10A load at 240V and 50Hz. It should only be connected to a correctly wired regular power point with a suitable earth connection.

Built-In Over-Current Protection

The Cabac PB8 incorporates a circuit breaker that switches off the power if the connected load exceeds the powerboard’s rated capacity. Once the source of the overload has been removed, the protection can be reset by switching the power off and then switching the power point back on.

This protection is intended to help manage overloading and should not be confused with surge protection. The PB8 does not protect connected equipment against lightning strikes or sustained over-voltage caused by faults in the mains power distribution system.

Practical Indoor Power Connection

Designed for indoor use, this powerboard provides a straightforward solution for connecting compatible equipment from a single power point. It should not be used outdoors or in wet locations.
