Bool HRC3 Protection for Electrical Work
The Bool HRC3 Parka is designed for demanding work environments where electrical arc flash protection, high visibility and weather resistance are essential. Rated HRC3 for protection up to 26.0 cal/cm², this yellow and navy parka combines protective construction with practical features for electricians, electrical contractors and maintenance professionals.
Its 110D three-layer construction uses a polyester, polyurethane, modacrylic and cotton blend, with an FR fleece lining and flame-retardant thread used throughout the seams. The insulated design also provides added protection against cold working conditions.
Waterproof, Breathable and Flame Resistant
Built for outdoor and challenging work environments, the parka features a waterproof construction with sealed seams to help prevent water penetration while maintaining breathable performance. Its flame-resistant construction provides additional protection for electrical work applications.
The anti-static fabric is designed to dissipate electrostatic charge across the garment surface in accordance with EN 1149-5:2018. Segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape, double hoop tape and a biomotion sleeve configuration enhance visibility, helping make the wearer more noticeable in low-light or active work environments.
Practical Features for Trade Professionals
The Parka is designed around the needs of workers who may move between different environments throughout the day. Zip-off sleeves allow it to be converted into a vest when conditions become warmer, while the back flap provides access to a lanyard point.
Radio loops on both shoulders offer convenient equipment attachment points, helping keep communication equipment accessible while working. Available in multiple sizes and colour configurations, this model is the Yellow/Navy 2XL version with reflective tape.
