HRC3 Protection for Demanding Work Environments

The Bool HRC3 Parka is designed for workers operating in demanding environments where arc flash protection, high visibility and weather resistance are essential. Rated HRC3 up to 26.0 cal/cm², this hi-vis parka combines protective workwear features with practical functionality for electrical and industrial applications.

Its 110D three-layer construction uses a Polyester, Polyurethane, Modacrylic and Cotton blend with a flame-resistant lining. FR fleece and flame-retardant thread are used throughout the garment, while the waterproof construction and sealed seams help provide protection against wet conditions. The breathable fabric also supports wearer comfort during extended work.

Enhanced Visibility and Practical Design

The Orange/Navy colour combination is complemented by segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape for improved visibility. A double-hoop tape configuration enhances the garment’s high-visibility design, while the biomotion sleeve tape arrangement helps make arm and limb movement more noticeable.

For changing conditions, the zip-off sleeves allow the parka to be converted into a vest, providing additional versatility in warmer climates. A back flap opening provides access for a lanyard, while radio loops on both shoulders offer convenient attachment points for site communication equipment.

The anti-static fabric is designed to dissipate electrostatic charge across its surface in accordance with EN 1149-5:2018, helping address electrostatic considerations in suitable work environments.
