Description
HRC3 Protection for High-Risk Work
The Bool HRC3 Parka is designed for demanding work environments where arc-flash protection, visibility and weather resistance are essential. Rated HRC3 for protection up to 26.0 cal/cm², this orange and navy parka combines flame-resistant construction with practical features for electrical and industrial work.
The 110D three-layer construction uses a polyester, polyurethane, modacrylic and cotton blend, with an FR fleece lining and flame-retardant thread used throughout the seams. The insulated design helps provide protection against cold conditions while maintaining practical functionality for active work.
The garment also incorporates anti-static fabric designed to dissipate electrostatic charge across its surface in accordance with EN 1149-5:2018.
Waterproof and Weather-Ready Construction
For outdoor and exposed work, the parka provides waterproof protection with sealed seams to help prevent water ingress. The breathable fabric construction supports comfort while working in wet or changing conditions.
A segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape configuration provides enhanced visibility, while the double hoop tape arrangement helps make the wearer more noticeable. Biomotion sleeve tape is positioned to improve recognition of limb movement, particularly when working around vehicles, machinery or other personnel.
