The Bool Parvotex Arc Flash Shirt is designed for electrical work in Hazard Risk Category 2 environments, with an arc rating of up to 8.6 cal/cm². It combines inherent flame-resistant properties with a lightweight, breathable construction to provide practical protection for electricians and maintenance professionals working around electrical hazards.
The 197gsm Parvotex FR fabric is manufactured from a blend of 50% Modacrylic, 32% Cotton, 10% Polyamide and 8% Polyarylate. Its inherent FR construction provides flame-resistant properties as part of the fabric itself, rather than relying solely on a surface treatment.
Lightweight Design with Practical Work Features
Designed for active trade environments, the shirt provides a balance between protective performance and everyday wearability. The lightweight fabric helps support comfort during extended work periods, while the two front pockets provide convenient storage for essential items. One pocket incorporates a dedicated pen partition for quick access to writing tools.
Two-way radio loops positioned on the shoulders provide a practical attachment point for communication equipment. Concealed nylon studs maintain a clean front profile while supporting convenient fastening.
