Class 4 Insulation for High-Voltage Work
Designed for high-voltage electrical safety applications, the MAT-4 is a Class 4 insulated mat rated to 36,000V. It helps isolate the operator from ground potential, providing an insulating barrier between the worker and the ground when working in environments where electrical hazards may be present. The 5mm-thick mat provides a substantial protective surface while remaining flexible enough for practical workplace use.
Durable EPDM Construction and Anti-Slip Protection
Manufactured from EPDM rubber, the MAT-4 is designed to maintain flexibility while providing reliable protection against ozone cracking. Its anti-slip finish on both sides helps provide secure footing and keeps the mat practical for demanding electrical work areas. The mat is also resistant to extremely low temperatures, making it suitable for applications where environmental conditions can vary.
Flexible Sizing for Trade Applications
The standard 1m x 1m format provides a convenient insulating surface for electrical work areas, while custom sizing up to 1m x 10m can be requested for larger or specialised applications. A roll-up style bag is also available to help protect the mat during storage and transport, extending its usable life. For larger requirements, a 1m x 10m mat roll is available.
