Complete HRC4 Protection

The kit is designed for HRC4 applications up to 69 cal/cm² and includes garments covering the head, body, hands and legs. The supplied PPE bag helps keep the equipment together and protected between jobs, making it practical for electricians, maintenance teams and industrial electrical workers.

Three hood configurations are available to suit different working preferences. The standard hood provides the conventional configuration, while the vented hood is designed to improve airflow and help reduce fogging. The lift-up hood provides easier communication and a less enclosed feel while maintaining the specified protective configuration.

Built for Electrical Work

The included jacket and bib trousers are rated to 69 cal/cm², while the hood and gloves provide corresponding high-level arc flash protection. The kit also includes an MSA V-Gard 500 hard hat, providing a convenient head-protection combination for electrical work.

Where a higher protection level is required, additional garments may be considered as part of a properly assessed layered PPE system. Layering should follow the applicable manufacturer’s instructions, risk assessment and relevant requirements rather than relying on simple addition of individual cal/cm² ratings.
