ArcPlus Ultralight HRC4 Arc Flash Kit
The ArcPlus Ultralight Arc Flash Kit is designed for electrical professionals who need high-level arc flash protection without unnecessary weight and bulk. Rated HRC4 at 50 cal/cm², the kit provides comprehensive protection for electrical switching and maintenance applications where appropriate arc flash PPE is required.
Built around Gore Pyrad technology, the 315 gsm single-layer fabric provides a lightweight and breathable alternative to heavier arc flash garments. The construction is designed to support freedom of movement, helping electricians and maintenance personnel work more comfortably when wearing their protective equipment for extended periods. The kit is supplied in a large high-visibility storage bag to help keep its components together, protected and ready for use.

The Ultralight design can be up to 20% lighter than competitive premium products, helping reduce the physical burden associated with wearing arc flash PPE. Its breathable construction is designed to improve comfort while maintaining the required level of protection.
