Lightweight Arc Flash Protection

The ArcPlus Ultralight Arc Flash Kit is designed to provide HRC4 protection without the bulk commonly associated with high-performance arc flash clothing. Using fabric technology based on GORE PYRAD, its 315 gsm single-layer construction is designed to reduce weight while maintaining the protection required for demanding electrical work.

The lightweight design can provide up to 20% weight reduction compared with competitive premium products, helping improve comfort and freedom of movement during extended tasks. The breathable construction also supports easier movement when working around electrical equipment and switchboards.

Complete HRC4 Switching Kit

The kit provides a coordinated approach to arc flash protection, with jacket and trousers covering the body while the included hood and dielectric eyewear provide additional protection for the head and eyes. The components are designed for straightforward donning and doffing when time and ease of use matter on site. The hood is supplied with its own protective calico bag, while the complete kit is stored in a large high-visibility bag to help protect the contents and keep the equipment together between jobs.
