HRC2 Arc Flash Protection for Electrical Work

The Bool Parvotex Arc Flash Shirt is designed for electrical and maintenance environments requiring HRC2 protection up to 8.6 cal/cm². This orange and navy day/night shirt combines inherent flame-resistant performance with a lightweight 197gsm fabric construction, helping provide practical protection without unnecessary bulk.

The Parvotex fabric is manufactured from a blend of 50% Modacrylic, 32% Cotton, 10% Polyamide and 8% Polyarylate. Its breathable construction is suited to demanding work environments where comfort and protective performance are both important. The inherent FR properties are built into the fabric rather than relying on a surface treatment.

Practical Design for Trade Environments

Designed with electricians and maintenance professionals in mind, the shirt includes two front pockets, with one incorporating a pen partition for convenient storage of everyday work essentials. Two-way radio loops positioned on the shoulders provide a practical attachment point for communication equipment.

Concealed nylon studs provide a neat front closure, while the orange and navy colour combination with silver reflective tape supports visibility in low-light working conditions. The shirt is also rated 50+ UPF, adding useful protection when working outdoors during daytime projects.
