HRC3 Protection for Electrical Work

The Bool HRC3 Parka is designed for workers requiring protective outerwear in HRC3 environments up to 26.0 cal/cm². It combines flame-resistant construction, high visibility and weather protection in a practical parka suitable for demanding electrical and maintenance applications.

The 110D three-layer construction incorporates a fire-resistant lining and a blend of polyester, polyurethane, modacrylic and cotton. FR fleece and flame-retardant thread are used throughout the garment, while anti-static fabric helps dissipate electrostatic charge from the garment’s surface in accordance with EN 1149-5:2018.

Waterproof, Insulated and Highly Visible

Built for outdoor and challenging work environments, the parka features waterproof, breathable fabric and sealed seams to provide additional protection against water. Its insulated construction also helps provide protection in cold conditions.

High-visibility detailing includes segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape, a double hoop tape configuration and a biomotion sleeve tape arrangement. These features are designed to improve visibility and help make the wearer’s limbs more recognisable during movement.

For changing conditions, the zip-off sleeves allow the parka to be converted into a vest, providing greater flexibility when working in warmer climates. A back flap provides access to a lanyard point, while radio loops on both shoulders provide convenient equipment attachment points.
