HRC3 Protection for Demanding Work Environments

The Bool HRC3 Parka is designed for work environments requiring arc flash protection up to 26.0 cal/cm². This orange and navy hi-vis parka combines protective materials with practical features for electrical, industrial, construction and maintenance applications where visibility and protection are essential.

Its 110D three-layer construction incorporates a fire-resistant lining and a polyester, polyurethane, modacrylic and cotton blend. FR fleece and flame-retardant thread are used throughout the garment, supporting its protective construction for demanding work conditions.

The parka is designed with anti-static fabric to dissipate electrostatic charge across the garment’s surface in accordance with EN 1149-5:2018. This helps reduce the risk associated with electrostatic charge during suitable work applications.

Waterproof, Insulated and Built for Visibility

Wet and cold conditions can make outdoor work more challenging. The Bool HRC3 Parka features waterproof construction with sealed seams to provide additional protection from water, while the breathable fabric helps support wearer comfort during work.

High-visibility detailing is integrated throughout the garment. Segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape provides reflective coverage, while the double hoop tape configuration supports visibility. The biomotion sleeve tape configuration is designed to enhance recognition of arm and limb movement, particularly when workers are active around vehicles, equipment and other personnel. The insulated construction provides protection against cold conditions, making the parka suitable for outdoor and exposed work environments.

Zip-off sleeves allow the garment to be converted into a vest, providing flexibility when conditions become warmer. A back flap opening provides access to a lanyard point, while radio loops on both shoulders offer convenient attachment points for communication equipment.
