The Sherwood Nomex Arc Flash Lift Up Kit HRC4 69 cal/cm² provides a complete PPE solution for electrical work where high-energy arc flash hazards may be present. Designed for demanding HRC4 applications, the kit combines a protective hood, jacket, bib trousers, arc flash gloves, hard hat and heavy-duty PPE bag.
Manufactured by Sherwood using quality materials from DuPont Nomex and Paulson USA, the kit is designed to help electrical and maintenance personnel work safely while maintaining practical mobility and visibility. The included Lift Up Hood provides an alternative to a fixed hood design, allowing easier communication with colleagues when conditions permit.
Lift Up Hood for Practical Jobsite Use
The Lift Up Hood is designed to provide greater convenience during electrical work by allowing the face shield and hood section to be lifted when appropriate. This can help reduce the enclosed feeling associated with traditional hood designs while making communication with other workers easier.
The kit is rated for arc flash environments up to 69 cal/cm². Where a higher overall protection level is required, additional compatible arc-rated garments may be layered in accordance with the applicable requirements of NFPA 70E. The required protection level should always be assessed for the specific task and workplace hazard.

Supplied as a complete set, this HRC4 kit helps simplify PPE preparation for electrical contractors and maintenance teams. The included waterproof bag keeps the garments and equipment together for transport and storage between jobs.
