This 43cal arc flash kit provides a coordinated set of protective equipment rather than requiring individual PPE items to be sourced separately. The switching coat is designed for quick donning, helping operators prepare efficiently before entering the work area.

The included leggings and arc flash gloves provide additional protection as part of the complete PPE system, while the MSA V-Gard 500 hard hat completes the head protection setup. All kit components are stored in a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag to help protect the equipment during storage and transport.

Vented Nomex Hood for Improved Comfort

The supplied Sherwood Nomex vented hood is designed for HRC4 applications up to 43 cal/cm². Its ventilation helps provide a cooling effect, while the design also assists with reducing fogging inside the hood.

Standard and lift-up hood configurations are available as alternative options. The lift-up design can assist communication and reduce the feeling of claustrophobia while maintaining the specified protective configuration. Non-standard options and other kit sizes are available on request, subject to lead times.
