Rated HRC4 up to 43 cal/cm², the kit includes a lift-up arc flash hood, jacket, bib trousers, arc flash gloves, MSA V-Gard 500 hard hat and a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag. This complete configuration helps tradespeople have the required protective equipment together and ready for electrical maintenance and other high-risk work environments.
Lift-Up Hood for Practical Jobsite Use
The included lift-up hood provides a practical alternative to standard fixed hood configurations. Its lift-up design helps reduce the enclosed feeling associated with traditional arc flash hoods while allowing easier communication with colleagues when conditions permit.
The hood is supplied with its own protective bag, helping keep the component protected when it is not in use. Other hood configurations are also available, including standard and vented options. The vented version is designed to provide cooling and an anti-fogging effect.
