The Transco Switch 2 Gang 10A Slim Elite S2E is designed for a.c. power applications in single-phase electrical systems. Rated at 10A and 240V, this 2-gang switch provides a practical switching solution for residential, commercial and general electrical installations where a slim wall-mounted design is required.
The switch features a moulded top cover and underbody manufactured from impact-resistant polycarbonate. Finished in electrical white, it provides a clean appearance suited to standard interior electrical installations while offering a durable construction for everyday trade use.
Practical Mounting and Installation
With a 20mm depth and dimensions of 72mm wide by 116mm long, the Slim Elite S2E is designed to provide a compact profile when installed on the wall. The switch is mounted horizontally for on-wall installation, with fixing centres positioned at 84mm.
For flush mounting, the switch fits standard brackets. Surface mounting is compatible specifically with Transco Wafer Series mounting flanges, providing an installation option where a surface-mounted configuration is required.
The switch uses a single switch pole and accommodates cables sized 1.5mm x 4. Its 2-gang configuration makes it suitable where two switching positions are required within a single wall plate.
